of national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the
Convention;
- Russian hardcopies of the UNFCCC Common Reporting Format for in-country

overcome typical for Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries problems on
GHG inventory preparation and reporting;
- Reports of training workshops and expert meetings.
