The national workshop was attended by over 40 judicial professionals. The workshop enhanced the capacity of Judges and Magistrates in environmental law related to litigation and the area of adjudication and prosecution of civil as well as in determining criminal environmental law related cases. The workshop also intended to enhance access to justice in environmental matters and to contribute to the strengthening of the enforcement of environmental law in Zimbabwe.
