Alicia Uylett is the Finance and Budget Assistant at the UNEP Cartagena Convention Secretariat. She has held this position since August 2023.
With over 15 years of experience, she has previously worked in the areas of auditing, accounting, and budget management.
Over the years she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in prudent financial management and is detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
Ms. Uylett has a bachelor’s degree in management studies from the University of the West Indies and accounting certification from the ACCA.
Ms. Uylett is a Jamaican national.
