Tamoy Singh Clarke is the Programme Management Assistant for the Specially Protected Areas and Wildlife (SPAW) Protocol. In this role, she supports the coordination and implementation of the SPAW Protocol across the Wider Caribbean Region. With experience in nonprofit, international, and the private sector, Tamoy has honed her skills in managing complex projects, overseeing budgets, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and driving the successful execution of key initiatives. Her proven ability to adapt and deliver results in diverse and dynamic environments reflects her commitment to fostering collaboration, improving operational efficiency, and achieving impactful outcomes that contribute to regional environmental conservation efforts.
CEP was established in 1981 as part of the Regional Seas Programme in recognition of the importance and value of the Wider Caribbean Region’s fragile and vulnerable coastal and marine ecosystems including endemic plants and animals.
