Grant Funding for Short-Term Small-Scale Integrated Water Resources and Wastewater Management (IWWM) Projects in the Caribbean
The Global Water Partnership- Caribbean (GWP-C) in collaboration with the UNEP Cartagena Convention Secretariat has re-opened the Call for Concept Notes for the implementation of short-term, small-scale, innovative demonstration projects on Integrated Water and Wastewater Management (IWWM) in the Caribbean. Interested organisations registered in the following countries are eligible to submit a concept note: Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Guyana, Grenada, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, Belize, Suriname, St. Kitts and Nevis and Dominica.
Each project for the implementation of innovative decentralised, rural community-based interventions for wastewater management must have a total cost of no more than USD 24,000 with a duration no longer than nine (9) months, ending on or before 30th November 2022.
ELIGIBILITY
To access the grant funding for short-term small-scale IWWM projects in the Caribbean, applicants must be registered in one of the eligible countries listed above. Submission of concept notes inclusive of a budget and timeline for the activities listed should be emailed to: simone.lewis@gwpcaribbean.org with a copy to kerron.martinez@gwp-caribbean.org by 15th January 2022. The concept note should include all financial costs to be borne by the partner for undertaking the assignment. Applicants whose concept notes are under consideration will be contacted.
