Regional Training Workshop on Sustainable Ocean Economy

This regional training workshop is organized jointly with the Blue Solutions Initiative (a partnership between UNEP, GIZ, GRID-Arendal and IUCN, funded by the German Ministry of Environment) on promoting a Sustainable Ocean Economy in the East Asian Seas.  This training builds on COBSEA's past MCSP work and trainings held in partnership with Blue Solutions and utilizes an interactive training module developed by the Blue Solution Initiative to examine different elements of Sustainable Ocean Economy and discussion needs specific action in each country.

The training will be held on 28-30 September 2021.  (three consecutive days).  Each day will consist of six hours of training from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (ICT) with one hour break in between.  The training includes individuals exercises and group work.  Two participants per COBSEA country will have the opportunity to attend the regional training.
