BACKGROUND
During the fourth meeting of High Level Officers of the Forum of Ministers of the Environment of Latin America and the Caribbean, the participants will focus on the process to develop the Ministerial Declaration and on an initial discussion of the Decisions identified to date for adoption by the XXIII Meeting of the Forum in October 2023.
