Camilla supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects, especially projects and programs of Europe and Central Asia and Africa regional portfolio, including project development and implementation in the areas of electric mobility, climate transparency, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable cities and low-carbon buildings.
Camilla has 6 years of experience in environmental projects and programs development and implementation. Prior to joining UNEP in 2019 in her current position, Camilla worked at UNEP Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean providing support to the Disasters and Conflict Sub-programme management in the region.
Camilla is Italian and holds a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Chemical Processes Engineering and is finalizing a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Global Energy and Climate Policy at SOAS, University of London.
