Antony is a Programme Management Assistant supporting Harmonised Approach to Cash Transfer (HACT) processes and requests for GEF funded projects at the GEF Coordination Office. He has worked in UNEP for over 8 years. Prior to joining the GEF Coordination Office, he was a Finance Assistant at the Climate Change Mitigation Unit and he has experience in Project Management, Finance and Budget, Administration and Human Reources.
