Camilla supports the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects, especially projects and programs of Europe and the Caribbean regional portfolio, including project development and implementation in the areas of electric mobility, climate transparency, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable cities.
Camilla has 3 years of experience in environmental projects and programs development and implementation. Prior to joining UNEP in 2019 in her current position, Camilla worked at UNEP Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean providing support to the Disasters and Conflict Sub-programme management in the region.
Camilla is Italian and holds a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Chemical Processes Engineering.
