Carla is working as UNEP Climate Mitigation Finance Specialist (UNV) in LAC Portfolio.
She provides financial and administrative support to the Climate Change Mitigation Unit Latin America and the Caribbean Portfolio.
She has 14 years of experience working with treasury, finance and budget control in the United Nations.
Before joining UNEP, she has worked as Finance Analyst in Internacional Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC in Brasilia, Brazil and Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has also worked in in some United Nations agencies such as PAHO, PANAFTOSA, UNFPA.
Carla is a national of Brazil and holds degrees in Business Administration.
