Cicilia is a Programme Management Assistant with the Climate Mitigation Unit, UNEP. Cicilia has been responsible for managing a diverse group of projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency and transport in several countries globally. She has also managed several project mid-evaluations on the assessment of project performance. She is leading with the unit’s communication work and is also involved in a number of corporate activities. Cicilia has over 15 years working experience in programme management, youth development and entrepreneurship. She holds an Msc. In Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, Cape Town with interests in Environmental, Infrastructure and Project Finance
