Dickson provides support to UNEP project teams on GEF programmes, encompassing project cycle management and quality assurance. He ensures that GEF projects comply with the requirements and policies of both UNEP and GEF project programming. He has over 10 years of experience in project and programme management. Prior to his tenure at UNEP, he served as a Systems Accountant/Programmer at Deloitte East Africa for 3 years.
Dickson holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya).
