Eloise is the focal point for the SAICM projects of the GEF Chemicals and Waste Portfolio.
She has long experience in project and programme management. Before joining UNEP in 2016, Eloise worked for four years in the UK local government, six years in NGOs and six years as an independent consultant. Eloise has Greek and British nationalities; she has a MSc. in Environmental Technologies.
