As a programme management officer with UNEP Climate Change Adaptation Unit, Eva supports countries’ efforts to adapt to climate change impacts through planning and implementing ecosystem-based approaches.
Eva task manages climate change adaptation projects funded by the Global Environment Facility, the Green Climate Fund and the Adaptation Fund and provides implementation support to the NDC Action project funded by the German Government in 10 countries.
Eva joined UNEP in 2016 as a Junior Professional Officer in the Executive Office. Prior to that Eva managed climate change adaptation and disaster risk management programmes for different institutions including UN-Habitat and CARE International in Mozambique.
Eva is a graduate from Sciences Po Lille, France and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent, UK.
