Federico works as a project specialist for the Latin America and the Caribbean team, supporting the Global Environment Facility (GEF) portfolio of Climate Change Mitigation projects.
He has experience in the public sector, international corporations, and NGOs before joining UNEP in 2023. His work covers sustainable development and climate change, habitat and vulnerable neightbourhoods urbanisation, communications and cultural change. He has fulfilled roles as a project manager and led teams.
Federico holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and has completed several courses on artificial intelligence, sustainability, Latin American macroeconomics, and behavioral economics.
