This report is divided into two parts with the ultimate aim of introducing technologies related to marine litter. The first part is concerned with prevention and collection of marine litter after establishing an understanding of its generation. The second part is about environmentally-friendly marine litter disposal and treatment technologies and ways of recycling in accordance with the type of marine litter and environment.
