Europe & Central Asia (ECA) Meeting of Montreal Protocol and Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning (RAC) Experts

This meeting is organised by the Europe & Central Asia Montreal Protocol Network (ECA network) of UN Environment Economy Division's OzonAction in cooperation with the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) and the Poly technic University of Valencia, Spain.

It is part of the Regional Network service OzonAction's Compliance Assistance Programme (CAP) provides to Article 5 (developing) countries as part its role as an Implementing Agency of the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol.
