Joint South Asia-Southeast Asia-Pacific Island Countries Thematic Workshop on Digitalization of Licensing and Quota System

The workshop aims to present how electronic licensing systems and custom portals can facilitate MP related trade, authorities’ work, and data collection. The workshop intends to present different country’s examples. As a result of this thematic meeting, participants are expected to have a better understanding of different possibilities to develop electronic licensing systems and to have acquired a more precise idea of how these electronic licensing systems can be integrated into the existing customs portals.
