This year's campaign theme “Cooling Champions: Cool Careers for a Better World” is being organized jointly by WRD Secretariat, UNEP OzonAction, IIR, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, FAIAR, EPEE, and U-3ARC. The campaign includes a series of webinars around particular topics that partners agreed upon about the need to bring more attention to career opportunities in areas that are commonly overlooked or not receiving adequate attention when it comes to careers and business opportunities including Refrigerant Management, Cold Chain, Not-in-Kind technologies, Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), Heat Pumps, Data Centers, and the role of women in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC).

Inspiring Women to Pursue Careers in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning & Heat-pumps (RACHP)
This webinar session intends to shed light on how women can be further inspired and supported to have a larger stake in the HVACR
industry and the related professions. The session will address the topic from three angles: the educational angle, the field
operation angle, and the technical societies angle.

Motivating Career Opportunities in Managing Refrigerants
This webinar session will offer details about opportunities for individuals and industry in creating jobs and new business lines associated with the areas of enacting relevant codes and standards, refrigerant management operations while servicing HVACR applications including recovery/recycling/reclamation, and the training/certification programs for the servicing technicians and practitioners.
