CCAC Holds Webinar on Oil and Gas Methane Partners

On Tuesday, January 14, CCAC partners (including Canada, UK, Sweden, US, Norway, and the Environmental Defense Fund) conducted a webinar for interested companies on the new CCAC Oil and Gas Methane Partnership. This Partnership, which was developed through a year-long consultation with a variety of oil and gas companies, IPIECA, and several key CCAC partners, aims to work with participating companies to more fully understand and reduce companies’ methane emissions. The Partnership will be launched in 2014.

More than a dozen companies participated in the January 14 webinar. The slide deck can be found at http://bit.ly/1fh3vrs. For additional information, please contact the CCAC Secretariat at ccac_secretariat@unep.org
