We are pleased to announce the PROMAR Summit 2024, an event marking the conclusion of Phase 1 of the PROMAR project. Over the past three years, we have worked alongside Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica in implementing innovative strategies for environmental protection and circular economy. This event will serve as a platform to present the results and conclusions obtained, as well as the lessons learned throughout the project.
Additionally, the PROMAR Summit 2024 will boost Phase 2 of the project, where new countries (Suriname, Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, British Virgin Islands and Trinidad and Tobago) will join this initiative through the Cartagena Convention in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). An exchange between Phase 1 & 2 countries will further foster already ongoing initiatives for Phase 2! Don't miss this key event in the transition towards a more sustainable future!
