Issa Kigongo serves as Information Systems Assistant. In this role, he supports the Secretariat and its Sub-Programmes in functions in the areas of Information Systems management & maintenance. He ensures seamless IT operations by managing servers, maintaining websites, troubleshooting system performance issues, and optimizing IT infrastructure.
