La Alianza Mundial para Eliminar el Uso del Plomo en la Pintura (Alianza sobre el Plomo en la Pintura) es una asociación voluntaria formada por el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Medio Ambiente (PNUMA) y la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) para evitar la exposición al plomo mediante la promoción de la eliminación progresiva de las pinturas que lo contienen. La Alianza para Eliminar el Uso del Plomo en la Pintura está dirigida por un Consejo Asesor presidido por la Agencia de Protección del Medio Ambiente de los Estados Unidos (US EPA) e integrado por representantes de los Gobiernos de Colombia, Kenya, Tailandia, República de Moldova y la Red Internacional para la Eliminación de Contaminantes (IPEN), la Alianza para la Salud y el Medio Ambiente (HEAL), la American Bar Association, Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), el World Coating Council (antes IPPIC), AkzoNobel y Pacific Paint (Boysen) Filipinas (empresas de pinturas).
