These examples of NbS activities were presented or submitted by participants during the series of consultations. The opinion was raised by numerous participants that, in the absence of agreed criteria and standards, none of these examples can be classified as “best practice”. We therefore present them here in the spirit of summarising the content of the consultations, rather than judging them as good or best practice examples.
Where participants presented examples of both good and bad practice, these have been marked as such within the submission. These titles serve only to distinguish between the intentions with which they were submitted and do not constitute endorsements of any activity as a good or best practice.
