Donna Henry-Hernandez is a trained Certified Administrative Professional with over 20 years of administrative experience. She loves languages and holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish with French and a Master's in Translation Studies from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She has been serving the Cartagena Convention Secretariat since 2001 and currently supports member states with project implementation to meet their environmental obligations.
Tito has over 25 years of combined driving experience, with both the UN and the Jamaican government. He has worked with several high-level officials, including the UN Secretary-General , UN Under-Secretary General and Senior Directors. He is knowledgeable about transportation protocols and security issues. He has been the Agency Warden for over a decade and has responsibility for emergency disaster preparedness, office building maintenance, and upkeep.

Her experiences in Project Management have allowed her to execute projects and programmes that focused heavily on climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts in vulnerable communities. Jhenelle has coordinated capacity building and resilience training to target groups most affected by the impacts of climate change and natural disasters.
