International online consultation for Major Groups and Stakeholders on 21. June 2021 will be held before the joint-retreat of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (CPR) and UNEA Bureaus on 24 June 2021 which includes a 1.5-hour session for the MGFC to meet and exchange with the Bureaus (scheduled for 14:00-15:30 GMT+3). The objective of the international consultation is to focus on the agenda of the bureaus and prepare discussion points and key messages in line with the retreat’s agenda (rather than comprehensive or joint statements). There is an opening for the thematic clusters to host meetings directly prior to the consultation, more information will follow on that.A formal invite with the registration link will be shared shortly with all Major Groups and Stakeholders.
The Consultation Planning Team will also share background reading material as well as access to shared online documents to start collecting messages and key arguments in due time.
