Resolution 6/10, adopted at the sixth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA), calls on UNEP to establish and facilitate a cooperation network on air quality to empower governments and stakeholders to reduce air pollution by enhancing management capacities, promoting solutions in high-impact sectors, and improving access to resources. To advance this initiative, UNEP will host the network's first meeting during the WHO's Second Global Conference on Air Pollution and Health.
