Organized by UN Environment Programme Regional Office for West Asia and Goumbook, as part of the Recipe of Change Initiative, the campaign targets the hospitality industry in the United Arab Emirates, with domestic tourists as main target audience.

The campaign aims to raise awareness on the adverse impact of food waste and loss on environment and climate change. it highlights the need for collective responsibility and action on food waste and loss reduction and   showcases local and regional success stories and activities implemented to combat food waste and loss.
