This is an official side-event of the UNFCCC COP29.
Description: In line with the COP28 Declaration on Climate, Relief, Recovery and Peace, the side event will showcase: (i) practical experiences in addressing climate, peace and security linkages in climate-vulnerable contexts; (ii) analysis of climate, peace and security linkages; and (iii) opportunities for peace-positive climate change adaptation in often challenging and hard-to-reach places.
