This is an in-person side event at the UN Headquarters during the UN 2023 Water Conference.
This event will discuss the experiences and progress made through wastewater-based epidemiology surveillance in supporting the management of the SARS COV 2 spread and the need to expand and institutionalize the models and testing across the world to other infectious diseases, as well as more management of environmental water quality.
