In this video message to the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) on plastic pollution, the UN Secretary-General calls on countries to reach a treaty that is ambitious, credible and just. The fifth and final session of the INC to deliver an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment, is scheduled to take place from 25 November to 1 December in Busan, Republic of Korea.
