David’s background focuses on advanced drinking water and wastewater treatment, with over ten years of practical experience ranging from project management, technical design to piloting and full-scale performance evaluation of treatment systems. Further, David has six years of hands on project management experience in the sustainable development arena focused on climate change mitigation and air quality improvement in the transport sector.
Currently, he is a Programme Officer within the Air Quality and Mobility Unit of the Economy Division working on a global programme that is supporting the transition from internal combustion engine to electric mobility.
David has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Environment and Resource Economics, both from the University of New Hampshire (USA).
