I spoke at a panel discussion on the Interfaith Rainforest Initiative, that seeks to engage faith-based leaders in protecting rainforests. At UN Environment, we consider it important to engage with faith-based organizations to strengthen global efforts to protect the environment. The reach and influence of many of these groups is incredible, and they can take the message of protecting this planet very far!
