Rula Qalyoubi has over 30 years of experience in the field of the environment. She has a PhD in Environmental Economics and Public Finance and Taxation from Colorado State University and MSc degree in Economic Development and Econometrics, in addition to two undergraduate degrees. She is a former professor of Economics for the University of Wisconsin, worked in governments, NGOs and the private sector. Rula authored various peered-reviewed publications in addition to book chapters and continue to work on bridging the Science to Policy for a meaningful impact on the environment.
