Stuart is an expert in natural resources and has worked in the East African region for more than 10 years. Originally from the United Kingdom, Stuart has worked on projects connected to water-related ecosystems, climate change and development throughout his professional career. He joined the UN Environment Freshwater Unit in March 2017.
