A factsheet for National Focal Points of the Montevideo Environmental Law Programme.
National focal points are key actors in the delivery and success of the Fifth Montevideo Programme for the Development and Periodic Review of Environmental Law (also known as the Montevideo Environmental Law Programme).
Every member state is invited to designate a national focal point for the programme. These national focal points collaborate with and guide UNEP in the implementation of the programme, as well as play an important role in catalyzing action to address environmental issues through the law.
