The training package on monitoring intends to support the Parties and the stakeholders to enhance mercury monitoring and analytical capacity. Lecturers or trainers may use it for their teaching material. Also, it enables self study and online leaning under travel restriction.
The training package is composed of multimedia files, i.e., videos, which provide substantive information when organizing a training programme. The video material is prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint with pre-recorded narration embedded in each slide and then grouped by deck in each topic/subject. The Users’ Manual provides a sample course with full scope that uses the materials in one consistent programme, but the training package does not need to be used in full. The organizer can prepare the ‘custom-made’ slide decks for its own training programme.
