Best practice procedures and requirements for exporting and importing countries have also been reviewed. The main findings include the need for minimum criteria, such as a valid roadworthiness certificate at the point of export, a certificate of conformity, and a framework to support sharing of data on the used vehicles between exporting and importing countries.
