The NDC Action Project is organizing side events at COP28 covering a variety of topics from NDC investments to enhancing coastal resilience.

Catalyzing NDC Investments: From Ambition to Action

Organized by the UN Environment Programme (UNEP)

Supported by the governments of Germany, Morocco, Viet Nam and Guatemala,  
along with the Egyptian Commercial International Bank (CIB)

COP27 is just a few weeks away and NDC Action project will highlight key drivers for the project progress, and how to unlock private investments for driving more ambitious NDCs, among other interesting topics.

NDC Implementation Activities in Asia Pacific Region: Progress and Challenges 

Date: Thursday 10th November, 2022

Time: 14:00 to 15:00 pm

The event on 'Enhancing NDCs for more ambitious climate actions' will take place on Tuesday 9th November from 17:00 to 18:00 (GMT). 

This side event will take place in-person and virtually. It will be organised in a hybrid arrangement: some speakers and audience engage onsite from the NDC Partnership Pavilion at COP26 in Glasgow while others will participate through a virtual conference platform. Speakers will use PowerPoint presentation materials to be screened on a virtual conference platform.
