The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in partnership with the Partners for Resilience (PfR) and with support from the European Commission - Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG-INTPA) has been implementing a project to scale up Ecosystem-based Disaster Risk Reduction (Eco-DRR) in various countries and communities for enhancing people’s resilience to disasters. The project results sheet provides an overview of the implemented Eco-DRR project along with key project results and activities in the context of Uganda. The results sheet further highlights an Eco-DRR upscaling model for enhancing community resilience.
