- BIOFACH is the world’s biggest international organic trade fair, which takes places every February in Nuremberg, Germany.

Various European countries organize more nationally oriented trade fairs, such as:
- Bio Beurs (website in Dutch only) in Zwolle, The Netherlands, in January;
- BioXpo VitaSana, Trade fair for bio, eco, natural and sustainable products, in Brussels, Belgium, in autumn;
- Sana, international exhibition of organic and natural products, in Bologna, Italy, in September;
- Marjolaine, le salon bio in Paris, France, in November;
- Salons bio in several other French cities including Besançon, Metz, Thaon-les-Vosges, and Strasbourg;
- BioCultura in several Spanish cities, including Valencia, Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, and Sevilla;
- Millésime Bio, the world’s largest organic wine fair usually taking place in Montpellier, France, in January or February;
- The Natural Products Expo in London in April is a combination of organic and natural foods;
- It has two sister shows in the USA: Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, USA, in March and Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore, USA, in September.
- The Fruit Logistica in Berlin, Germany, in February has a considerable number of organic suppliers;
- The ANUGA, taste the future takes place every two years in Cologne, Germany;

- The SIAL in Paris, France, in October (with some sister shows in other parts of the world) focuses on food innovation, with some space for organic products.
There are product specific trade fairs with a strong organic component, such as Global Berry Congress in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, in March. There is also in-cosmetics global business event for personal care ingredients, which takes place at different locations globally.
