Below is the directory of designated National Focal Points of the ad hoc open-ended working group on a science-policy panel to contribute further to the sound management of chemicals and waste and to prevent pollution (OEWG).
Focal points act as the official channel of communication between governments and the secretariat of the ad hoc open-ended working group on a science-policy panel to contribute further to the sound management of chemicals and waste and to prevent pollution, including for written submissions and statements. They are expected to participate in the group sessions and serve as a contact point between the secretariat and their national government.
Governments who have not yet designated a focal point are kindly invited to do so via a note verbale to the UNEP secretariat. Communications around new focal points, changes or omissions must be sent to unep-sgb@un.org with spp-cwp@un.org in copy.
